I cannot say enough wonderful things about Karolyn and Heavenly Paws AL!  We have one of her sweet petite mini doodles and our daughter has 2 of her precious babies. All 3 of these babies have brought so much joy to our family. They have the sweetest personalities! 

 

We camp a lot and every time we go camping, we have multiple people ask us where we found our Chloe!  She meets no strangers and loves everyone she meets. All 3 of the puppies we have gotten from Karolyn have been very healthy.

 

She was so easy to communicate with when we were looking for the perfect puppy for our family.

 

We will most definitely purchase more puppies from her!

We are so thankful for our sweet girl, 2 1/2 yr old Fanny Brice.

 

She is healthy, happy, loving, and she makes sure we are ok too! 

 

Fanny loves to play catch and to take a walk with her Pop. She doesn’t need a leash because she understands our directions for her. She also loves to play with her 4 golden-doodle brothers, also from Heavenly Paws AL, when they come over.

 

Our 2 grandsons, 7 and 2 yrs old, love her and we have never had to worry about how she responds to them.

 

We have never had a dog that was this easy to love and adore!

TIPS:
Play with your puppy's feet regularly. This will help come time for their grooming appointment. By desensitizing them this will help when a groomer (or you) has to trim their paw pads or nails.
 
Rub their ears and regularly inspect them for any debris. Make sure to thoroughly dry them after any bath time or getting them wet. Leaving moisture in ears can lead to smelly yeast infections and more. Have your vet regularly pluck their ears if needed to help with waxy buildup. We've found Zymox Otic to work wonders for ear problems.
 
Rub your fingerts inside their mouths and inspect gums. This will help prepare them for any future vet visits when they undergo exams. 

Puppies do not have to ability to distinguish what is okay for them to play with. They don't know it's NOT okay to chew the kids' shoes or to chase the cat! Invest in fencing, do not give them full reign of the house. Have them earn freedom.

Prevent puppies from getting to things that are off limits. Prevent puppies from going potty on the rug. Distract puppies with things that they can play with, and distract them from doing things they shouldn't be doing.
 
Consistency is important for your puppy to be successful. Having Family House Rules in place before your new best friend goes home empowers your family to empower you new furry family member.
